Here are some more information for Moulding Cladding:

Clad steel plates (also known as composite clad plates) are a low-cost steel alternative when compared with to the purchase of conventional steels. The process involves the bonding of stainless steel (the cladding material) with a carbon steel or base metal plate. The cladding material can be bonding to one or both sides of the base metal material.
The true benefit of clad plate material is that it offers a low-cost alternative without compromising in quality and performance. For this reason alone, clad plates have become a viable alternative when considering the purchase of more traditional steels. The material displays excellent strength characteristics when compared to structural grade steels and also offers good corrosive and heat-resistant properties. Depending on the specification, the steel can be heat-treated after the forming process if required. It is also true to say that in many cases, the material is available in greater width and lengths.
The finished steel can be supplied in the form of heavy plates, pipes and sections.
The material is used in a variety of applications including shipbuilding plate, construction material and in the fabrication of industrial tanks and pressurised vessels. It can also be found in desulfurization units and desalination plants.
Dished Ends and Pressure Vessel Heads
Dished Ends and Pressure Vessel Heads are the end caps found in steel pressure vessels. Clad plate material is commonly used as a material in the forming of dished ends as again the material offers an economic alternative when compared to high alloy plates.
Other Cladding material
Titanium, nickel and copper nickel alloys can also be used as the cladding material. Common base metals used include pressure vessel grade material such as ASTM A516 Grade 70 and also certain fine grain structural steels. The finished material offers stable impressive dimensional accuracy coupled with stable performance.
For an economic steel option with excellent corrosion resistance, clad steel plate provides a sensible and realistic alternative.

Fibreglass - The Material Benefits
In recent years, fibreglass products have become increasingly popular in a whole range of industries, from the military to modelling. Also known as glass reinforced plastic, fibreglass has many advantages over more traditional materials, so if you're considering a project or design concept, consider the following benefits:
1. Strength: as the name suggests, GRP is made of glass fibres combined with a reinforcing plastic layer which gives it many unique properties, not least of which is its strength in both tension and compression. Despite this inherent toughness GRP is far lighter than metal or bricks, which makes it perfect for creating unique furniture and installations.
2. Weather resistance: due to the fact that it doesn't rust or rot, GRP is increasingly being preferred over other materials for exterior cladding on buildings. A good example can be seen at Brighton Pier, where the exterior cladding was replaced but the original design style was fully maintained. This project was completed by Elite Composites, a company specialising in GRP design and manufacture.
3. Style: designers are often amazed at the clean lines, smooth finishes and vibrant colour schemes that can be achieved using fibreglass rather than more traditional materials. Thousands of stylish bars, restaurants and offices are now dominated by fibreglass interiors and designers love to work with it. The best GRP manufacturers will work side by side with design teams to ensure that the finished article matches the original concept to perfection.
4. Versatility: the combination of strength, style and durability inherent to GRP makes it attractive to a plethora of industries. It is perfect for architectural projects and home furnishing, and it is also the material of choice for many Ministry of Defence projects. It requires little or no maintenance and it ages incredibly slowly, offering real value for money regardless of the scale of your project. In essence, it outperforms most other materials across a huge range of functions.
So whatever the nature of your project, it is well worth obtaining a quote from a leading fibreglass manufacturer like Elite Composites. You may find that it compares favourably in all areas, including cost.

Whats the name of the plastic covered screws used with steel cladding?
I'm not on about normal Tec screws with plastic caps. Its the ones used in modern Steel Fab buildings, which have a plastic molded head. I think its a 12 point head??
I'm after the exact number of points on the head, a seller of these screws.

No its not the Hex head type. Its more star or torx style but inverted. Am sure it has 12 points to the star

419kW + 999kg = rocketship performance
What you are looking at may well redefine the future of the supercar. This concept is made almost entirely of carbon-fibre reinforced composites and weighs less than a ton - including its 419kW, 5.2-litre V10 engine and permanent four-wheel drive. Do the maths
