How wide are stock OEM Jeep fenders?
The tires on the Jeep I'm buying stick out 2" past the fenders and this is now illegal here so I have to buy fender flares for it. The Jeep isnt here so I cant measure their width. (If they are 4" wide then I know I need to look for 6" flares) Cab anyone tell me how wide the stock fenders on a Jeep are? (1993 YJ) Thanks alot
I want to say 3 inches, but looking at www.quadratec.com, most of the aftermarket flares come in 6" so I would say just go with the 6" in case you decide to go wider further down the road.
