what are the exercises required to obtain a six pack when not overweight?
I am 17 5'6 weight about 130 pounds... I have been doing some workout lately and have seen results. My chest has gotten developed biceps and triceps are getting cut as well. Now that my body is looking alright I've noticed that all need to develop a six pack. I can feel the muscles and see the upper part of the six pack but is not developed so I would like to know excercises that could help me obtain it, Thanks!
