Scratches on a black pair of glasses (frames) - how can i fix these?

My favourite pair of black frames that I have had for aaaaages are scratched. Id like to get rid of these scratches - is there a specific type of paint that i need to use? Can a normal glasses shop fix this for me? I was thinking of using black matt spray paint...

I wouldn't use spray paint, ( or at least take the lenses out of the frame first if you do.) I've used black nail polish in the optical lab where I work. It works great on shiny black metal frames.And for plastic frames try black acrylic (waterproof)brush on paint. Keep in mind though that paint will not come off lenses so take them out first or you'll destroy them.
