Here are some more information for Panel Retainer:

Many potential clients come into my office in a great panic due to an upcoming court case. The bottom line is they are in a pressing legal need, but they have no money to afford a lawyer. The wife or husband has hired a lawyer and decided to take them to court over some family law issue. Whether the wife now wants full custody of the children or the husband wants to modify spousal support or child support that he is presently paying. These scenarios put many people rightly so in a panicked state because they now are left with the pressing issue of whether to secure legal representation or attempt a go at it alone.
As many self represented individuals are acutely aware, the legal system especially in Santa Clara County is not a friendly place for self represented individuals. There are many technical challenges from filing paperwork properly to navigating correct civil procedure. If there are even the tiniest of mistakes a court paper may be rejected or a worse yet a case may be rejected entirely due to what are seemingly small errors.
The first place, I tell clients to go is their local book store or library. There is a brand of books from Nolo press which can provide excellent information to lay people on how to conduct their own divorce. It is a good launching pad for starting your own divorce. The next step is to go to the local law library, such as the Santa Clara County law library and start delving into the actual legal books. Since a self represented individual is acting as their own lawyer they are held to those exacting standards. The problem with books from the Nolo press are that they are not specific to counties. They are made only state specific. Individual counties have different local rules which must be adhered to.
Many potential clients inform me that they have attempted self representation and it is just too time consuming and difficult to do. When that situation occurs, I always tell potential clients that there are other options available to them. In the California Family Courts we have the option of limited scope family law service or what is also called unbundled services. What this means is that a lawyer can agree to represent a client for a limited portion of their case. Whether that portion be filing a motion, drafting a declaration, explaining court procedure, reviewing their case and giving legal strategy and advice. A limited scope attorney may even appear in court for a client. This flexibility provides the client with avoiding having to pay a full retainer which is can be typically $2,000 - $5,000 for full attorney representation. The client can essentially pay as you go and get representation when they can afford it. The downside with this arrangement is that the lawyer can only represent them for the agreed upon amount of work. Once the work is complete the client is again self represented and is ultimately still responsible for their own case. This process works for those with a good grasp on their case, or those who can not afford a full attorney retainer.
There are other free and modest means options for those seeking low cost San Jose and Santa Clara County Family Law advice. I recommend that clients with no money speak with the Pro Bono Project of Silicon Valley, they do on occasion represent clients for free. Mostly the representation is related to domestic violence, but they do take certain family law cases. They also have a huge demand and unfortunately that allows them to be very selective in the cases they will take.
The other option is the Legal Aid Society of Santa Clara County who does take family law cases for free. They will take family law cases similar to the selection criteria of the Pro Bono Project of Silicon Valley. Domestic violence cases receive the most representation. There is the Family Law Facilitator's office in the Santa Clara County court system. They have well regarded attorneys there who can assist those who can not afford any representation at all. They however can not represent you in court and they do not represent any party since their services are available to both parties and it would be a conflict of interest to represent both parties zealously.
Lastly, there is the Modest Means Panel with the Santa Clara County Bar Association. They offer low cost and sliding scale attorney's for family law matters.

Solid core concrete block and method of making a concrete block retaining wall
A plurality of solid core concrete brick machine used in forming a retaining wall. The retaining wall can be used in building construction, road construction, landscaping, hillside erosion control, gardens, and like applications. Also, the retaining wall can be a straight wall, an angled wall or a curved wall depending on the application.
Each of the blocks includes a vertical front face and rear face, a horizontal top and bottom and a vertical first side and second side. The first side includes a first ear and two sides of an angular first notch next to the first ear. One side of the first notch is parallel to a length of the front and rear faces and forms a side of the first ear. A second side of the first notch is disposed inwardly into the block and at an angle of 10 to 45 degrees from a horizontal line perpendicular to a length of the front and rear faces. When the first ear is broken off, a length of the second side of the first notch is extended for engaging a side of another block having a second ear broken off. In this manner, the retaining wall can be angled or curved during the wall construction.
This invention relates to a concrete block retaining wall and more particularly, but not by way of limitation, to a unique solid core concrete block and a plurality of the concrete blocks used in building a concrete block retaining wall. The retaining wall can be used in building construction, road construction, landscaping, hillside erosion control, gardens, and like applications.
Heretofore, there have been a variety of different types of concrete blocks, bricks, railroad ties and other types of materials used in retaining wall construction. In U.S. Pat. No. 5,788,423 to Perkins, U.S. Pat. No. 6,000,183 to Newman and U.S. Pat. No. 5,465,544 to Ghahary different types of decorative face plates or facing panels are illustrated for attaching to the front of concrete blocks used in retaining walls. In U.S. Pat. No. 5,568,999 to Egan et al. and U.S. Pat. No. 5,992,102 to Ozawa, two different types retaining wall block systems are disclosed using plastic wall blocks and cellular resin blocks.
None of the above mentioned prior art patents specifically disclose the unique features, structure and function of the subject solid core concrete block and method of making a concrete block retaining wall as described herein.
In view of the foregoing, it is a primary objective of the subject invention to provide a plurality of solid core concrete blocks that can be easily stacked one on top of the other for forming different designs, sizes and shapes of retaining walls.
Another object of the invention is each of the solid core concrete blocks includes a pair of ears extending outwardly from opposite sides of the block. The ears can be used for carrying the block to the retaining wall construction site and for placing it in position on the wall. The blocks also include inwardly angular notches next to the ears. When the ears are broken off, the notch sides, which are angled from 10 to 45 degrees, can be used for creating a curved retaining wall.
Still another object of the solid core blocks is the ears on the blocks allow three 8" by 8" by 18" blocks to be made at one time in a standard size 18?" by 26?" concrete mold used in a concrete block machine. While the dimensions of the mold are described above, the mold can be of various dimensions for making different sizes of retaining wall blocks. This feature provides for reduced block cost and increases the efficiency in making the blocks.
Yet another object of the invention is each block can include a pair of parallel bracket grooves in the top of the block. The bracket grooves are used for receiving a pair of brackets used to suspend a decorative facing on a front of the block.
A further object of the invention is the use of a fabric sheet disposed between every layer of the block, every two layers of blocks or as needed. The fabric sheet is received on top of compacted dirt backfill behind the wall. Additional backfill is received on top of the fabric sheet. The fabric sheet is used to hold the wall in place due to the force of the soils on the back side of the retaining wall.
The invention includes a plurality of solid core blocks used in forming a retaining wall. When the first ear is broken off, a length of the second side of the first notch is extended for engaging a side of another block when turning an angle during the wall construction. The second side of the block includes a second ear and two sides of an angular second notch similar to the first side of the block.
These and other objects of the present invention will become apparent to those familiar with various types of concrete blocks, concrete brick machine molds and different methods of making retaining walls when reviewing the following detailed description, showing novel construction, enlarged, and elements as herein described, and more particularly defined by the claims, it being understood that changes in the embodiments to the herein disclosed invention are meant to be included as coming within the scope of the claims, except insofar as they may be precluded by the prior art.

2002 intrepid r/t, how to remove the mirror control switch?
I have a new switch to install, but need to remove the panel in the drivers door that the switch is in. There is nothing very obvious.
Has anyone removed the panel without destroying it? What is the solution or what common tool needed to pop the panel out of its retainers?
There appear to be 2 retainers at the rear.
I have the 2002 service manual and the only way it appears that the mirror switch could be removed is to remove the entire door trim panel ( page 23-24). Comments/suggetions?
If I recall, there are 3-4 screws in the door panel around the handle/armrest area, some may have covers over them to hide them. Take those out, and then you will need to get a door trim removal tool (available at a parts store) and work around the edges of the trim panel (start at the bottom) to get all the plastic clips loose from the door itself. Once you have all the clips loose, lift UP on the panel to unseat it from the top lip of the door. Simply be careful and seat the tool as close to the clips as possible, and use steady pressure to pop them loose, DON"T yank or you will bungshard (yes that's a real word) the door panel.
