Is angel pin creation business legitimate?

I have been working with the starter kit of angel pin and so far it has not been approved by the Inspection. At this stage I am wondering are they going to approve it at some point or it just gimmick. I will really appreciate
if someone will guide me if they are real or just a hoax.
