Here are some more information for Poly Hole:

Fixing a crack in your metal door can seem like a much bigger job than simply filling a hole in a wooden door. Metal repair is actually possible, although many amateur repairmen avoid it. One of the simplest methods for smaller fixes is metal repair epoxy; this epoxy will make your cast iron repair a piece of cake.
Most epoxies are not affected by heat, water, or humidity, and thus they are quite dependable when drying. Metal repairing epoxies save you from having to scrap metal objects just because they have a crack in them. Many sheets of metals, bearings, and other metal parts can tend to crack under pressure or with time, with and with a little metal epoxy, you'll be able to save yourself from having to buy a whole new unit in no time.
The first stages of drying should only take a few minutes. Between 5-15 minutes after application, the epoxy should become very hard, so you should mold it into the desired shape beforehand. If you've applied the epoxy properly, it should become very rigid and strong and even be able to take the same pressures as the metal unit it's in.
One of the great things about repairing with epoxies is that it is not affected by Oil, Gas, Water or other chemicals. They can be used for repairing leaking water tanks, sealing bath tubs, or repairing washing machines. Metal epoxies can even work on non metal material such as rubber, ceramic, and even tennis shoes.
When applying epoxy to a metal surface, be sure clear the area of repair from any debris or dirt. Depending on the type of epoxy you're using, you may want to smooth out the metal to get rid of any protrusions. If the epoxy needs to mixed, be sure to follow the instructions from the manufacturer closely. Next apply the epoxy gently to the surface of the metal; you should be sure that you apply enough so that the crack or hole is completely filled. Mold and smooth into the desired shape, be sure there are no mounds of epoxy protruding out of the surface. After the epoxy has dried, you may want to paint it with a poly-urethane top coat.
Magic epoxy steel is by far one of the most popular epoxies used to repair metal. It dries at the same rate as normal epoxies, but has amazing strength and sturdiness. With many fillers you'd have to add multiple thin layers to fill in a large crack, but with magic epoxy steel, you can but as thick of a coat as you need and it will dry just fine. After application, you can sand it, thread it, or drill it only a few hours after applying.
Another great metal repair epoxy is Bond-It. This substance is odorless and will not stick to your fingers. Easy to apply and will set in minutes. The Bond-It epoxy actually contains aluminum metal inside of it to create a fast setting epoxy. It's also easily applicable to all types of surfaces, whether it's glass, plastic, metal or cement.

We are all “Bagvertising.” Learn how to turn a shopping bag into your best marketing channel
Here is some exciting marketing news! A brilliant idea that emerged from the greatest minds of the best marketers out there. It’s called a Walking Billboard! Yes, you are not dreaming, it’s the year 2009 and the walking billboard is everywhere. What is it? Well, it’s you. It is you and it is your friends and you are after a busy day of shopping at the local mall or down Main Street - you are a Walking Billboard from the minute you’ve made your first purchase and leave a store with a shopping bag that proudly states the name of the business you’ve just walked out of. It has shiny logos and slogans that the business owner would like to see around the mall and the best thing is – it is the only time where the side that advertises receives money from the marketing medium – which as we mentioned before - is you. Well, alright this is not new. Bag marketing was out there for a long time, but recently we can see some interesting and fresh ideas that involve this type of direct marketing. First of all, it’s got a trendy new name – “bagvertising” and we are all bagvertisers almost every day whether we like it or not. Bagvertising is much cheaper than advertising on billboards, TV or radio and is actually pretty efficient because it functions as a mobile ad and people tend to take it home with them, which you can’t really say about billboards.
Bagvertising is more than just putting your business address on a plastic bag along with a smiley face and Have a Nice Day printed on it. Bagvertising is about boldness and innovation, it’s about thinking out of the bag. In order to be a successful bagvertiser, you should always be original. Don’t approach the bag if you can only perceive it as bag. This is one time that you should judge a bag by its cover. Most successful bagvertisers play on the handle theme and make the individual that carries the bag into a part of the campaign. What do I mean? A certain company that sells anti-nail-biting polish printed a face on the bag with the handle functioning as a mouth. There are teeth around the hole where you grip the bag and when you walk around with it in the street it seems like the mouth is biting your fingers. The campaign is simple of course – with this kind of visual only a minimal “nail biter?” print can do the trick.
In these days, you can even walk into a coffee shop, buy a latte and discover that you end up bagvertising a wholesale internet website. Some businesses that do not really invest in self publication will sometimes get bags for free if they are willing to publish other businesses. The bags are unavoidable. They come into your office, onto your desk and follow you home on the subway.
Don’t you think it’s your time to get creative and bagvertise? My images have holes in them, how can i fix it? (Polyvore)?
On polyvore, when you drag an image it puts holes in it. Is there a way to disable this?
here is an e.g of what i mean by "holes"
http://i234.photobucket.com/albums/ee154/emmawalker03/poly.jpg
Dont worry, i just fixed it.
NB anyone who was wondering, in the editor, press the button with the scissors that says "Show Bg"
lol yeah that is pretty frustrating, but i see you figured it out. basically the program picks the color that is the background and cancels it out. so if your main image has a color that's also in its background, it will become clear! this happens a lot with white. Like, i can't put pearls on anything because all my pearls have holes in them. (but i do anyway, mwahahaha) see since that sweater had light parts on it, they were made transparent. suuucks.
the bg thing works but it sucks if you want to layer things. the only thing i could think to do, if you don't want to do show bg, is to find one of those solid color backgrounds of the same color and make it really small and put it on there. like a patch, hehe. but that would take a long time...
