Prank / practical joke bumper stickers
A current popular and fun prank is to put embarrassing 'fake' bumper stickers on a friend's car, such as George Clooney did to Brad Pitt recently. However this is not a new gag; I've been using prank joke bumper stickers for over 30 years, and as such I've got more experience in the practice of sticker warfare than anyone else I know. Here's a little more information about the 'art form' of pranking a car, and where to find that special slogan for your special someone.
Laughter makes the world go 'round, or certainly greases the wheels! Speaking of wheels, for those with an irrepressible sense of humor there's nothing like the gut-splitting fun of watching a friend (or enemy) drive down the street sporting a new (courtesy of YOU) bumper sticker. And not just ANY sticker, oh no! Their bumper is displaying a 'special' slogan that most of us would never knowingly put on our OWN car. The victim may wonder why other drivers or pedestrians stare or laugh as they go by, or maybe they get a honk or two. Eventually a buddy will ask them why the heck they've got such an insane bumpersticker, or they happen to see it themselves. When a few expletives fly and they hastily remove the sticker (red-faced), more laughter can be had at their expense. Then the guessing begins: who put it there? The fun continues if they contemplate revenge-- hopefully guessing wrong and hitting someone else's car with a naughty payback sticker!
As a long-time bumper sticker afficionado I have found that choices and selection matter. A macho guy with a pickup truck might do well with a sticker such as "Gay is Okay" or "I Want my Mommy". Maybe a prim and proper type would look better with a sticker reading "Open Yourself to Anal Fisting" plastered on the rear bumper! Ah, variety is the spice of life!
