92 Ponitic Bonniville fuel leak in the middle of the rear door?

I have a friend that has a fuel leak in the middle of the rear door on the passinger side. Is there a fuel filter near there or a hose or something that will leak there? I would appericiate some help since her son is a jerk and I'm 1000 miles away from her.

the fuel lines run up the left side, its common for the fuel lines to rust out on these cars. unfortunently the brake lines are there to and will need to be replaced too because when you start to mess with the fuel lines the will start leaking
