Fix a windshield repair kit reliable or not?
I just bought the Fix a Windshield repair kit and wanted to research it before I opened it and lose my chance to return it. I've read reviews from Amazon and most people say it's good. My question is, how effective is it on chips that are about a 3-5mm in diameter? I realize that those are small chips but there's a huge number of them right on the driver's side of the windshield.
"A huge number of them" - especially on the driver's side - will not be repaired satisfactorily.
Each single repair is "almost" invisible, but many repairs in the same area will be unacceptable.
