Here are some more information for Side Outside:

Being a volleyball setter really gives you a chance to be involved pretty much with every play. It's a lot of fun but especially for those who don't mind taking on larger loads of responsibility. During a match hitters only have to focus on 'their hitting" but a setter has to be a "big picture" player who can see how the game is developing for all of her spikers not just one. Below you'll find some volleyball terms that describe a few advanced type of sets that you should add to your volleyball setting knowledge.
outside set - The outside set is delivered by the setter to one of the two outside hitters, the left front or right front player. The outside set is like the "outlet pass" in basketball, it's the "go-to" a setter has when she is in trouble or finds herself without any quick set options. If the setter is in defense and digs the first ball and another player has to step in her place to set, this player will nine times out of ten set to the outside to one of the outside hitters.
four set - A four set is pretty much the first type of set a left-side hitter learns to attack. It's a high ball with an arc of anywhere from 12 to 15 feet set outside to the left front hitter where it should come down a foot off the net and just inside of the front of the left antenna. Because of its height the four set gives the opposing block time to get outside to set up a double block in front of the left side hitter, but the left side attacker also has time to transition off the net to prepare herself to make a good strong approach in order to contact the ball high, hard and around the block. A spiker hitting a four set should make a spike approach that keeps her behind the ball so that she can see the court and where the block is, as opposed to approaching too soon so that she is underneath the four set and is forced to only look up, where now she can't see the block or the court and has no way of knowing where the best place to hit is. This happens when outside hitters don't trust the fact that they are fast enough to hit the four set, so they start their approach or creep in too soon and end up completely underneath the ball, which limits their vision of the opposing team's court.
five set - A five set is a high ball with an arc that reaches anywhere from eight to ten feet that is a back set usually for the right front hitter. The five set for the right front hitter is what the four set is to the left side hitter. It's a little lower because the setter is much closer to the right front player so the ball doesn't have as far to travel. It's also for that reason that the right side player needs to watch their timing so they don't start their spike approach too soon because they have less time to adjust once they are up in the air. They too need to time their approach so the five set ball stays in front of them, they can see the block, the open spaces on the court, and can rest assure that they have a "view to a kill'.

how do u get your dog to stay by your side outside without a leash and doesnt get distracted?
i have a neighbor who has a labrador and he keeps his dogs outside and they dont chase cars or run in the road or even get distracted by people the dogs stay near him and listen to him. how do u train your dog to be like that. becuz thats how i want my dog to b i want to be able to let her out on her own with having a leash on her at all times
Training is important but it also depends on breed. A lab is well suited for that sort of thing. A dog that is naturally hyperactive and getting into everything may lack the focus and attention to walk with it's owner.
BUT, again, every dog is different so give it a go. First you have to get your dog well trained on the leash with no pulling or random roaming in the opposite direction, as well as well trained in general. That means the dog listens to your commands at least 80% of the time. Start doing regular walks with a short leash (really short, maybe one or two feet long dependent on your and the dog's height) as opposed to a long one so the dog gets used to being near you and connects his walks to actually being beside you. Once he gets good at that start taking him on short walks without the leash, but keep the lease with you and in your hand. Carry treats to to give him every once in a while as he stays with you. He he looks like he's roaming, quickly stop him, ask him to sit and stay like that until you have his attention and give him a treat and begin walking again with the leash on and take it off only once the dog has regained focus in the walk and stays with you consistently.
I taught my friend's shiba inu to walk with me this way and they are one of the hardest dogs to train so i know it can be done!
