Cops and "riced out" car?

I want to put a carbon fiber hood on my Scion Tc and I also want to put on black rims. I don't want to do anything really "ricey" except the carbon fiber hood.
Back to the point...
Will the cops harass or pester me MORE because of it?
I am a very good, safe driver. Though I am young (16) and a boy, I drive safely and obey all traffic laws..

I only know one person who has a carbon fiber hood (he is 22 and has a WRX Sti), he cannot drive his sti on the street anymore mainly because he got caught street racing... and his car isn't street legal. So I don't think he would be an accurate depiction of how the cops would treat me, right?

Basically I am asking that if I am a safe driver and obey all the laws, will they pull me over because of what my car looks like?
