The perfect Maruti Swift Dzire
While designing the new sedan, Maruti Suzuki has made an effort to retain the original overall design theme of the Swift hatchback. But the rear of the car is a complete deviation from the Swift and resembles the recently launched Maruti Suzuki SX4 Sedan.
The Swift DZire comes in six variants - LXi, VXi, and ZXi (Petrol) and LDi, VDi, and ZDi (Diesel). The trims are packed with upscale accessories, quality interior materials and safety features that are a first for the segment. The new car certainly looks to be a good replacement for the Esteem.Maruti Dzire By incorporating the design of the Swift hatchback, Maruti Suzuki has saved heavily on design cost and has managed the project on a low budget.
Maruti Swift Dzire is available in both petrol and diesel versions. The petrol version is powered by 1298 cc 16-valve engine that generates power of 87 bhp @ 6000 rpm and torque of 113 Nm @ 4500 rpm. The advanced gasoline engine delivers flatter torque curve, even in less rpm, ensuring better performance. On the other hand, the diesel variant is powered by 1248cc turbocharged DDiS engine that produces power of 75 bhp @ 4000 rpm and torque of 190 Nm @ 2000 rpm. The low noise and less vibration of diesel engine provide good fuel efficiency.
From the side, the sedan has a complete redesign compared to the hatch, especially from the second pillar. It has bigger doors and larger window glass areas that make occupants feel roomier.
The DZire's back is entirely different from the hatchback. The trunk lid is raised and has a lip that merges with the shoulder line of the car. Maruti Dzire pictures A thick chrome garnish on top of the rear number plate attempts to offset the heaviness of the oversized trunk lid. The rear also flaunts new clear-lens combination lamps.
The car's interior has a luxurious look and feel with the use of good materials. The steering wheel is the same unit that is offered with the Swift and SX4. The instrument cluster has round dials with chrome surround and features a white backlight.
Sound absorbing materials within the cabin of Maruti Swift Dzire enable the driver to have a pleasurable drive. The Zxi and Zdi variants of the car are equipped with adjustable tilt steering, which enables you to adjust the steering wheel according to your height. The headlamp leveling facility offers perfect light beam adjustment, thereby increasing the visibility during night. All these features ensure better handling of this sedan.

to be honest, i dont think there is a way around it. i have two 12 in my car and when i turn them up just even half way you can visably see the car shake. in a way try to take it as a compliment, you must have some pretty bad ass subs for it to rattle your car. yes sound dampening stuff will help a little but i dont know one car with subs tha does not rattle, go to youtube and check out subs, every video shows the car trunks coming apart. and if it ratttles to the point where you think it sounds like crap, open your windows and people will hear the bass more then the rattle.
